The hotel lobby is big and grand, with convenient stores within 1-2 minutes of walk. There is a small park across the hotel. It is walking distance to the JR Hakata via the main road. There is a small carpark available at the basement. There are limited parking lots and space, especially for a larger vehicle. The staff were welcoming and the check-in process was smooth. We like how spacious the room is with places to put our shopping bags, luggages and walking space. The breakfast serves mainly Japanese food with only a few non-Japanese dishes like siew mai. We like it as we get to try on local dishes instead of the usual international selection. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

The lobby is beautiful, the bathroom products were nice and the rooms were relaxing. But the bathroom towels were bad. The towels are thin and small, you need two to dry off. Random thing; the breakfast bar had really nice juices, good varieties.

Highly Instagrammable hotel with its unique circular lobby area with high bookshelves. It is a near enough walk to Hakata Station (about 500m) so getting around is easy.

Loved the free beer at 6pm every day, great screen in room but a bit small. Great DJ and roof top bar but a bit far from civilisation. Thank god for the 7 Eleven nearby.

We stayed in a room with two double beds and a couch, which slept our family of five comfortably. I loved the bathroom, and the toiletries products provided! The room was quiet, clean, and had space enough to relax and be able to repack our suitcases before our flight back home to America. Staff was kind and helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The room was comfortable and clean. Good water pressure for the shower. Our supplies were replaced daily in a bag at our door. even though we put the do not disturb sign up. It appears our couch was converted into a couch so we didn’t have that many options to sit and lean back on something.
