Compared to other hotels in Japan we have stayed at the room was very spacious. Good facilities, helpful staff and a good location for walking to Hakata station. Also loads of good food spots in the surrounding area.

I love their bathroom, the best one in Japan so far for me. The layout is just right. Water pressure is crazy good. The bedroom is quiet and has everything you need. They give you a new pajama everyday. Breakfast is awesome. Never get too crowded. I love their salad which is always fresh and grilled pork loin which is cooked in charcoal oven. Yummm. Public hot tub is a plus and I used it every night.
