The entire staff was very courteous, friendly and provided great customer service. Our check-in was quick and without issues, Rihanna was very pleasant and provided great customer service. Our room was very clean and neat, bathroom was spotless. The dining staff was really nice and the food was delicious, we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The hotel is small, affordable and very homely. Our room was cleaned everyday and the housekeeper was very pleasant. Hue was our front desk staff at check-out and process was really quick and he provided great customer service. Miss. Stevenson was always on hand to provide assistance as needed, she is friendly and pleasant.

I’ve got to say, this hotel has some seriously amazing staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome! The rooms and bedding were spotless, and their breakfast was so good, it felt like you were dining at a fancy restaurant! For the price, it was definitely worth every penny.

The room was clean and cozy with all the amenities I needed. The Staff was super nice and welcoming. I also had the pleasure of sharing Jackfruit, with Ms. Yolanda... which is my favorite fruit. The breakfast was on point every morning, thanks to Mr. Campbell. If you're looking for a hotel with a personal touch and a comfortable stay, don't hesitate, this is it!

I liked most things about the property, the room was nice, however I booked a junior suite to accommodate 4 adults but it would have been more comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children because the space was a bit cramped. The food was quite good and the staff was quite friendly and professional. the hotel gave a nice comfortable feel overall. I think a game room with a pool table and a dart board etc, a TV etc would enhance the experience in my opinion. The pool is nice but it is untiled and the pool area needs more shade from the sun. Overall I was pleased with the experience and I would definately stay there again.
