HOT TUB POLICY AND FEES: 2 hot tubs available on property. Hot tubs are turned on per guest request at an additional fee of $100 for both tubs. For single night stays fee is $50. MUST let host know if you are planning on using the hot tubs at time of booking to allow proper heating, cleaning and servicing.
PET POLICY: Dogs and cats are allowed, but they cannot be over 40 lbs. Breed restrictions apply, please clear pets with owner before booking. There is a non-refundable $100 fee per pet.
