Booking Challenge/ Great Stay

The hotel was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful. Upon check-in, we discovered that our final day for our stay had not been booked as requested. Our Vrbo contact had confirmed with us a couple days prior to arrival that this may be the case. After a quick explanation with the staff at the front desk, we were booked instantly for our last night, in a different room. With a great deal on that room for the inconvenience. Vrbo issued a refund next day for the last night costs that had already been paid. This location was perfectly set for so many activities and we will definitely be returning.
