My friend and I checked in together after I had booked a room online. We arrived slightly early and were told by the gentleman at the front desk that early check in wasn’t available so we got lunch while we waited. Came back at about 2:45 and my friend asked if they could plug in his phone which seemed to greatly offend the guy working there. He almost didn’t rent us the room, I had to basically beg him to let us stay there as I was unable to get refunded. The room smelled like mildew really bad and halfway through the night I noticed that the keycard for the door was useless as the door did not lock at all. Upon reporting this to the front desk the next morning, the man looked at me wide eyed and said “yeah” as if he knew that was the case… I am a short young female and felt very disturbed that he hypothetically put my life at risk because he was offended by my friends comment. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. There are plenty of other motels in the area, so from now on I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere

Killed 7 roaches during my stay, most of them very tiny, but still. Noise level very very loud since you're right off the freeway. The paint on the walls is chipped, door frames have pieces broke off. Best part is they allow pets and you do have a bed after all. They have a fridge and a microwave. $2 water bottles in the lobby. This place is super sketchy and I did not feel safe walking around to explore, especially after dark.

Everything about our experience here was great. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet. The bathroom was small, but nice. The tv was not a smart tv, but other than that, everything was great!
