This 5 star reviewed condo is air-conditioned and newly remodeled with a three-bedroom two-bathroom floor plan, conveniently located blocks to the beach and the longest pier in Southern California. This condo was recently updated with all new lighting, TV's, and fresh paint. Guests love the walkability of the condo which has a 90+ "Walk Score" ! A great place to go back to after a day out walking, riding, running, surfing, or just hanging at the beach. The condo is walking distance to numerous restaurants, brewpubs, every Thursday farmer's market and evening Sunset Market, Regal movie theater, and small live theaters.

It was a very beautiful accommodation, and everything we needed for daily life was provided. There were also beach toys and gear for children. The beach, cafes, and supermarkets were all nearby, so we had a very comfortable stay. We would love to stay here again.

The place was amazing and clean and wonderful. The beds were so cozy. Everything we needed was there. The host was extremely communicative and easy to get a hold of. The location was close to downtown and everything was walkable. I cannot recommend this place enough. Wow. So much better than staying in a hotel. A home away from home experience with the California charm and feel.

Marina’s place has a great location, walking distance to the beach/pier area. Inside, it was very cozy and stocked with everything we needed. You can tell the place is well maintained and cleaned thoroughly before arrival. The best part was Marina’s communication and how she went out of her way to ensure we had an excellent stay.
