When I saw the property, I was like “ok, a budget stay so don’t expect that much. It looks old but I hope room is clean and decent enough so that my kids can rest well.” When got inside our room, I was surprised! It looks new, very spacious, and clean! We stayed for a week vacation and it was awesome. We have two littles so the floors would get a bit messy but they cleaned our room nearly everyday while we were out exploring the town. So coming back to a clean room after a long day at the beach or town was soooo nice! The office staff was friendly and informative about events around town. Everything is close by and walking distance. We come to Oceanside at least 4x every summer definitely will be staying here from now on.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. They could use some curtains to keep the light of the room. It seemed like daylight in our room all night. There was also no dresser or closet so all of our stuff just ended up in the floor against the wall instead of tucked nicely away. The “grab and go” breakfast was literally twinkies and ho-hos with some bananas. Not my idea of breakfast.

Works for me

Sanjay and his wife (I assume) in the office were efficient, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no closet in our room, only three hooks on which to hang things. Location has excellent access to/from I-5, Hwy 76, and Pacific Coast Hwy. Certainly a place I'll look at next time I'm in Oceanside.

The property was centrally located. The bed was big, and not uncomfortable. It was fairly claen and livable. The one issue was that the barhroom floor made it impossible to shut the bathroom door. It would not move at all. Also, a large cockroach made its way in from under the door.

My second stay here & it was absolutely lovely. Rooms are clean, smell good, & is overall a great stay. I will recommend staying here to anyone who wants to be close by to Camp Pendleton or the beach. Lots of restaurants in the area, convenience stores, etc. Kind staff & quiet rooms. If youre a light sleeper beware of the A/C which tends to get a little loud & being the downtown area, traffic can get pretty noisy.
