Overall the place was pretty good. I didn't give five stars because it was less than ideal with the table and chairs under the porch looking messy, unkept, and unwelcoming. The amenities seemed incomplete, like only one extra roll of TP and no dish towel or sponge, among other typical things available in other rentals. There were 2 different kinds of coffee makers, neither had the appropriate filters or K-cups, so we set them both aside in order to utilize the counter space and made instant coffee (and we were happy we always pack that just in case). The furniture was dingy and the slip covers stained. The outside porch light was broken and not fixed while we were there (the issue was with the HOA, I guess, not the property manager). When these things were reported however, the customer service was good and besides the light not getting fixed, we were overall satisfied.

Clean. Family friendly. We loved the pool. Parking was very easy (once we figured out which condo was ours!) Very close to the main drag with shops, restaurants, and activities. We chose not to walk to the beach due to young children and no beach wagon but you could easily do so. There was plenty of free parking. Kitchen had plenty of basics (no pizza pan, FYI )A few minor things.. the ceiling fan in the master didn't have a wall switch that we saw so thankfully my husband is very tall and was able to turn the light on and off. If there was a remote, we did not come across it. We had to do laundry a couple times for our family of 4. There were plenty of bath towels, but there were very few washcloths and several were dirty upon checkin. The host did provide detergent and dryer sheets.Overall, we were happy with our stay and the host was very responsive to messages and thoughtful with the welcome bag.
