The Quay features an impressive selection of resort-style amenities, including indoor and outdoor heated pools, a ping-pong room, an arcade room, a seasonal gift shop (open during the summer months), saunas located in both second-floor restrooms, and an on-site deli serving breakfast and lunch. Ideally situated in one of Ocean City's premier oceanfront buildings, this condo provides easy access to the beach while offering spectacular views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay.

Just wish it was cleaner

This condo is in a nice area, however, the place was filthy when we got there. There was sand everywhere on the floors in every room as soon as we walked in. The shower had mold in the corners, I felt like I had to wear water shoes while taking a shower. The main bedroom with the black furniture had dust all over the dressers, bed and nightstand. There was sand in the beds but thankfully I found a vacuum in the closet (that wasn’t cleaned out by the way) to shake out the

The kitchen needs to be updated. Dishwasher is old. Kitchen sink only has a faucet. No sprayer. Pans are old. You may want to bring your own pans for cooking. Condo is also in 24th floor which I was unaware of. I would’ve preferred a condo on a lower floor.
