Great Location, Some Issues.
Check in was easy, parking was easy, overall the property was spacious and in a great location. Cleanliness was for the most part okay, but if you did a deeper inspection it wasn’t the cleanest property. About half or more of the living area is tile and the grout looked like it has never been cleaned. It was black, and it wasn’t black grout, which was obvious in some corners you could see the normal grout color. We had 1 major and 1 minor problem during our stay. The major problem was the AC stopped working and not only did it stop working but it was set to Cool, but was pumping out heat. We returned from the beach to find the condo at 82 degrees with the cool setting of 68 and it was around 60-70 degrees outside. They informed us that the AC was being controlled by the owner so the thermostat on the property was basically for looks. This issue wasn’t resolved until the following morning. The minor issue was the fridge was leaking water, this was due to a faulty water filter, this issue was also resolved the following morning. I will say the communication was decent during these issues and they were resolved within a reasonable amount of time, but would have obviously liked to not deal with these issues during our stay. Overall the location was great, the condo felt larger than it looked in the images which was nice, and overall the stay was decent. I don’t know if my group would book here again due to the cleanliness and issues that popped up.
