The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Beach access not for strollers or wagons. Then nothing to wash sand off of when coming back from beach. Overall stay was ok. Rooms are big just everything has square corners, not recommended for people with toddlers. Pool was freezing!!

I recently stayed at [Hotel/Apt Name], expecting a family-friendly environment for my vacation. While the rooms are nice and the ocean view is stunning, my experience was severely disappointing. First, upon checking in, I was given a room with a non-functional phone, which I was not informed about in advance. This is completely irresponsible, especially since I have a child who is sensitive to such issues. I was told to use my cell phone instead, which was not what I paid for. Additionally, there were multiple guests smoking marijuana throughout the property, including on balconies. This made it uncomfortable for families and contradicted the hotel's supposed kid-friendly atmosphere. I found it unsettling to step outside and be met with the smell of smoke. Moreover, the bathroom facilities were extremely loud, making it difficult to enjoy my stay peacefully. With the lack of management oversight regarding these issues, I left feeling frustrated and that my money had been wasted. I will not be returning to this hotel and hope that management addresses these problems for future guests. Feel free to adjust any further details as needed!

The resort was lovely. I had a queen oceanfront room with a balcony that offered an amazing view. Check-in was easy and quick, and the front desk staff were very nice and pleasant. The only issue I encountered was that the people below me were loud and smoking while I was on the balcony, which I could smell. Additionally, I saw the guests on the ground floor let their dog defecate without cleaning it up.

Direct beach access in a quieter area iof ocean city but still walkable to restaurants and shops. They also had restaurants on site which were good. The atrium pool was nice when you wanted to escape the heat of the beach.
