The bed was not comfortable and the shower took more than 3 to 4 min to get hot regardless of time. Thankfully i brought my own pan to cook eggs in because what was stocked was minimal. Rooms are not cleaned unless you call to the desk. I killed some sort of bug the last morning, something they are aware of as we shared an elevator with an exterminatator mid trip. We will not be back.

Room was very clean and spacious. View was beautiful. Pool area was nice but it was very cold. Kids were in there shivering. That was disappointing as that was the reason to stay and there was not a hot tub.

Kids loved the pool. The place was short staffed though. Tiki Bar with food never opened on Sunday had to pay thru the roof for delivery. Starbucks always slammed and closed early on Sunday by 12. There was a mouse by pool area. Our original room lost electric 10+ times. Had to switch 4 hours in, which was a hassle with 3 kids. The locked my key card out on Sunday. Spa was so booked you couldnt get in. Elevators were so cold kids froze when leaving the pool. Kids loved it, but as an adult with the amout you pay to stay, you want all the amenties to be available and for all things to go smoothly I cant say that it did.

There was a loud party with loud music and alcohol going on at someone’s patio into the area outside of patio and a group of girls kicking a soccer ball to a second floor balcony above our room with kids asleep. This was going on past 10:00 pm. We reported it and it didn’t stop. They could have done more to stop it or at least have turned music down.
