With its prime location and fantastic amenities, it's the perfect choice for a memorable beach getaway.

This cozy studio condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The sleeping arrangements include a comfortable queen-size murphy bed and a convenient pull-out sofa bed, allowing you to tailor the sleeping arrangements to your preference.

Step onto the oceanfront balcony and be greeted by the invigorating sea breeze and panoramic views of the beach. It's the ideal spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening while watching the horizon.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or indulging in a homemade dinner, you'll find everything from appliances to cookware at your disposal. Additionally, we provide complimentary coffee, tea, and a selection of spices to enhance your culinary experience.

To ensure your utmost comfort, we provide fresh towels and sheets for all guests. No need to worry about packing extra linens – we've got you covered!

During your stay, take advantage of the outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on warm summer days. Lounge by the poolside and soak up the sun, or take a leisurely swim to cool off. It's a fantastic way to relax and enjoy the coastal ambiance.

For your convenience, a paid laundry facility is available on the bottom floor of the building. You can easily take care of any laundry needs during your stay, ensuring you have clean clothes throughout your vacation.

In addition to its superb location and wonderful amenities, our oceanfront studio condo is also close to a plethora of attractions and activities. Explore the vibrant boardwalk, sample delicious seafood at local restaurants, or indulge in some retail therapy at nearby shops and boutiques.

Parking: Please park in space #6. There is a parking pass in the unit for your car. Only FRONT-IN parking is allowed!

Linens and towels are included with booking!
Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth)
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash chute.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

When you arrive you may notice some temporary posts on the west side of the building. These have been put up in preparation for renovations that will take place in the fall of 2025 (yes, they were put up way too early!) Please disregard them. They should not effect your stay in any way.

​​​​​​​Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
