The spacious home is filled with light and has two bedrooms, a large living-dining room, top-of-the-line appliances and a bathroom. Beautiful bathroom and unique tile work. A secure private entrance leads to a garden with a fire pit and cozy chairs. Built in 1919 and remodeled in 2021, this fully-restored Berkeley-style house is filled with character and life.
