Clean room and responsive customer services. I was not able to use my included 1 hr tennis court reservation because it wasn’t clearly mention that you have to pay equipment rental fee unless you bring your own. I was bit disappointed. It was overall good experience.

Holiday Inn Express Bluffton at Hilton Head Area by IHG
Room was paper thin and you could hear everything in the halls and adjacent rooms. Breakfast always looked sad so i never used. Staff was helpful on check in but lacking for communication in daytime.

Hampton Inn Beaufort
The room was clean, beds comfortable, and quiet enough for restful sleep. We did not use the gym or partake in the breakfast but the coffee/drink station in the lobby was well stocked and clean. Definitely will stay again.
