My family loves staying at any Tru by Hilton hotel. If there is one in the area we plan to stay, we book it. The hotel staff is always helpful and nice. We enjoy the many options for breakfast, as well as the quiet atmosphere. I like that the rooms are not carpeted and the facilities are updated. Tru by Hilton always makes sure the little things are taken care of and that means a lot to me.

We booked an accessible room with a roll in shower. The threshold to get into the room and to get into the bathroom was too high to get the wheelchair over easily. I had to have help to get over the threshold. It might fit the legal description of handicap accessible. But it certainly isn’t handicap friendly.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was tiny, no closet, slept on a mattress pad under and on top, with a fitted bed spread instead of a blanket. No daily maid service. Apparently every other day, though in 4 days, no one came. Garbage not emptied, no daily exchange of towels. It seems like this "hotel" is going out of business as services are non-existent. Should be ashamed to be called a Hilton.

The hotel was clean and the rooms seem to be too. Although my wife experienced something that had bitten or string her at night while she slept. We looked for bed bugs but was unable to see any. It was our first time using this hotel. The staff was great.
