"Property itself is clean well lit at night well taken care of easy to check in and great communication with the host. Prepare for a ride to everything as it is secluded at the most northern point of the island on a horribly not paved rough sandy road so rent a jeep and prepare to drive for food coffee chalk sound turtle cove like 25 minutes to everything which I didn’t mind because of the price. Blue hills is close by and u have to drive through to get home don’t turn as I warned a few times it’s not the safest. No one bothered me and I was here alone for a few days. I would stay here again just with a 4 wheel drive suv as that 2 mile road was scary in a small rental. The beach here I hated nothing but green seaweed. Go to grace bay you will find beach access and free parking everywhere. Never ate at tides but it smelled amazing."

"The host for this property is OUTSTANDING. Ron went above and beyond to help us book the dates we needed for our vacation. Ron's communication prior to our arrival was excellent. Directions to the resort, check in/out instructions, and all information was provided in advance in detail. He was also very quick to respond to all of my questions.The 3-bedroom unit was freshly cleaned and had plenty of beach towels, a beach umbrella, four chairs, and all other necessities. We enjoyed eating our meals on the patio, which opened up to the pool and beautiful vegetation. My daughter befriended the "resort cat" and enjoyed going outside to see her every morning. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening, and we only saw a few other people around the resort during our stay. It seems to be a hidden gem!The only downside we experienced was the beach, which is no fault of the host! There was quite a bit of seagrass in the water and seaweed on the beach. While we did enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking one afternoon, our family prefers to be in the water! We rented a car and ended up exploring other beaches every day during our stay. We loved Grace Bay Beach and Bight Beach, which were about a 20-30 minute drive. The Wednesday night music and fire show at da Conch Shack, as well as a clear-bottom kayak/Iguana Island tour were highlights of our adventures! The island is beautiful, and the residents there are welcoming and so kind. We can't wait to go back!!"

"The host for this property is OUTSTANDING. Ron went above and beyond to help us book the dates we needed for our vacation. We wanted to stay in a 3-bedroom unit, but it was unavailable for the first night of our preferred dates. Ron offered to open up his 2-bedroom unit for us and move us over to the 3-bedroom the next day, which was a great solution and much appreciated.The unit was very clean and lovely, and the patio opened up to beautiful trees and vegetation. The beds were comfy, and the AC and wifi worked great! We enjoyed exploring the small resort and relaxing on our first night. We even saw a small seat turtle in the water when we walked the beach! Unfortunately it rained all the next day, so we didn't get out much, but our transition over to the other unit was seamless. Ron's communication prior to our arrival was excellent. Directions to the resort, check in/out instructions, and all information was provided in advance in detail. He was also very quick to respond to all of my questions."

"Very peaceful place to visit! If you're looking for something "off the beaten path", this is the place. It is very remote which can be very good if you plan meals well. There are no grocery/convenience stores nearby. The onsite restaurant was closed 4 out of the 5 nights we were there (the conche fritters were excellent!). The condo was very clean and had a modern feel. There is no issue getting pool or beach chairs. The beach had a large amount of sargassum weed that the locals reported was a recent development. Definitely out of the control of the host/management company and we were appreciative of the daily efforts made to use machinery to take the beach the best they could. For those wanting to get into the ocean, you can walk 100 yards up the beach and enjoy the crystal clear water. The kitchen was well appointed and the community grills were in great condition. They "vibe" of the property was very quiet, slow paced and seemed to be more appealing to an older community; just what we were looking for. For those willing to rent a car, be cautioned the roads in Turks are in tough shape and can cause damage to your vehicle. "
