Bathroom: Full bathroom with jack and jill door to bedroom.
Bedroom 1: King bed with fan with an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King bed with fan with a J&J bathroom.

Living room #2- with 2-single day bed plus trundle and 2 pull out beds. With multiple couches to enjoy either TV/games etc with a walkout to the Hot Tub deck and out door seating.
Primary Bedroom- King Bed with overhead fan, walk in closet, separate (2nd) washer and dryer with a J&J bathroom. This room also has access to a balcony that overlooks the main living space

Deck:Where the hot tub is located we have a sperate outdoor dining area on the deck.
On the main floor outside we have a propane grill
