Positive: Breakfast was great! The gym was not in use. The front desk person told us this when we inquired upon arrival - blamed it on Expedia not keeping their info current. Offered nothing in way of compensation or niceties to ease the disappointment. Noisy clientele. Dirty floors coming in and out of the parking lot with salt/snow boots.

Don’t stay here if you have a choice. Unfriendly staff. My “non smoking” room clearly smelled strongly of second hand smoke. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Nearly slipped and fell on glare ice outside a main entrance. It’s very obvious no one working at the establishment or in charge of it, have any concerns for taking pride in their work and/or building
