The overall condition of this hotel was very rundown. We had blood stains on a pillow case, a moldy shower curtain and cobwebs in the corners of our room. Stains on all of our towels. The girl at check in was very pleasant. But this hotel was definitely not worth the money.

We are still on disbelieve of the condition of this “Hotel” is most like a scene of a horror movie, since you arrive to the property it looks abandoned, dirty and old, at the moment we thought that was only the outside was bad since this place is beside the road… I have to say that the lady on the reception was very nice and polite, then she give us the card key of our room and guide us to the back of the property since was an easy access to our room, she mentioned that the pool was out of service which was a disappointment for us but anyway we say is just one night…. We went to the back, our room was in the third floor and what a shock discovering that the back door was open with no lock on the door, we climbed the stairs and they were dirty with leaves and some dead insects, arrived to the third floor and we’ll, no access key needed how come is not security on this property?… anyway we still feeling positive and just needed to rest and take a nice “bath on the Jacuzzi” We entered the room and the carpet was filthy and they were some dark spots, the carpet was ripped close to the washroom, was a huge smell of mold, so the standing shower has mold and was so unpleasant, they were insects inside the room, the bed looks old and again disgusting, room was dark even after turning on the lights, we approached to the “dirty balcony” just to witness the pool at the back full of mold, yellow disgusting water and besides the balcony being dirty, there was NO lock on the door a metal

I would say to not plan on utilizing their breakfast, luckily there are options across the road. Bed was comfy, room was clean, does need some maintenance updating - black caulking around tub, cracked floor tiles in bathroom that scrape your feet, but overall we would return as it was clean and comfortable, we didn’t use it for much other than a place to sleep. Appeared to be a tad understaffed as was waiting over 10min for an entry card issue due to staff availability and also only 2 main doors to enter into with card. Quiet area, friendly staff and comfortable room, across from truck stop with many food options and a store as well.

Expected more from Ramada

The pool they showed was closed for construction and they should have mentioned that in their website. Also the building was in overall disrepair. Paint was flaking off the ceiling in the bathroom and there was visible water damage. The beds were like bouncing hammocks and had no support.

The pool and sauna were not in use, even though the hotel advertises these amenities both on their website and on the sign out front. Staff falsely claimed the hotel was fully booked and said they couldn’t provide us with a room with a balcony, despite the hotel being nearly empty. As compensation for the unavailable pool, they offered breakfast, but that too was of very poor quality. We ended up leaving a day earlier than planned. Thankfully, they did not charge us for the second night.

The hotel is disgustingly dirty, I have honestly never saw anything like it in my life Entrance was dirty as well as chipped paint, dirty carpet, dirty windows, everything was dirty Garbage can in lobby was full when we checked in and still full when we checked out! Hallways were disgustingly stinky Hotel needs to be torn down as it is not fit for people to stay I am requesting a “full” refund!!!!!

Swimming pool empty and green. Very old broken furniture - couch very old and broken and bathroom old and mold shower glass was not cleaned. Ripped carpet in room. Balcony had bird dropping everywhere and included an old bird egg!! Would not recommend and will not stay again. Over priced for what we had.

Very spacious and clean room. Very nice that room has two chairs to sit on. Usually other hotels has just one. We asked for room with easy access to our door and we got it. Red Squirrel and Chipmunks are living at nearby trees. Nice to see them around! Close to beautiful sunset spot, waterfront with lots of flowers. Three dollar self care Premium Car Wash nearby if you need one. Beautiful Duchesnay Waterfalls trails are 15 min drive away. Western side of the Falls are the best!

Advertised a pool and a hot tub ,hot tub non existent , and pool has been out of commission for years by the looks of it . Staff was not knowledgeable about contentental breakfast , it was very poor .Air conditioner did not keep up with the heat and it was not very hot out . We do not recomend staying here
