Comfy bed, but overall experience could be improved. The bed was comfortable, and the main floor has a nice appearance, but the rest of the hotel feels outdated and could use some renovations. I found the staff to be friendly, but they seemed unfamiliar with some basic property details and amenities. For example, when I asked about breakfast, no one seemed to know the specifics. I also spent $7 on two sodas at the front desk, only to find out they’re $1.25 in the vending machine — something I wish had been mentioned. Not a terrible stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The sheets were dirty with many stains and a funky smell. The shower had dirt stains and stuff in every corner. The bedside tables were covered in dust. The carpet in the room was stuffy and dirty as well. The fridge had hair. Spiderweb covered the whole balcony. Front desk was pleasant but the bell hop or maintenance was not. They did not greet us when we arrived. Instead they stayed on their phones. The breakfast selection was limited and poorly maintained. This place needs a serious deep clean inside and out.

Disappointement...

Unfortunately, the rooms are not like those shown on the site. The whole place needs renovation. There is carpet everywhere! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is ok though!
