"The checkin process was terrible, they won't even look if a room is ready until 3:30pm, which is 30min after checkin. Our room had a toilet that wouldn't flush, leaving a terrible smelly room. Also had a water leak coming through the wall so one half of room carpet was soaked in water. They claimed they were fully booked and made no attempt to give us another room or compensate us for the horrible stay. Worst hotel experience we have ever had. Will never return, Wyndham you need to do better and treat your guests with respect. Room should have been comped if another wasn't available. "
