This spacious apartment is situated on the cliffs of the famous Mont Boron Mountain, Cap de Nice on the east side of Nice. The apartment 'hangs' over the cliff and affords stunning views from all rooms over the Mediterranean, from the lighthouse in Villefranche to the coastline of Nice all the way to Antibes. The apartment has two master bedrooms each with high quality double beds, linens and air conditioning. The large air conditioned lounge opens on to a 30 metre terrace and small garden. The fully equipped kitchen is open-plan to the dining area seating 8 and looks on to the comfortable lounge with a smart tv. A private elevator and 3 flights of steps take you to street level from where you can walk to the beach or town with reliable bus services in either direction.
This peaceful location is perfect for enjoying the city, beaches, the mountains and most of all the stunning views of the Mediterranean. A perfect rental.

Great appartement with great sea views ! Amazing large windows in each room of the appartement, which make it very bright. We enjoyed as much the area as the appartement. We will come back ! Supermarket and bus stop very close by, so we spent one week without need of a car. Quite a lot of stairs to arrive at the appartement but fully manageable. Arriving/leaving procedure went very smoothly with Pam.

We had everything we could have possibly needed. The view is incredible and the apartment is airy, clean and spacious! Grocery store and transit were less than 5 minute walk and local bus took about 10-15 minutes to get to Nice. Mme Demacon is fast to respond and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Perfectly located on the edge of Nice for a bus ride in to town or east to Villefranche sur mer, walking paths to Mont Boron or along the coast. Very completely appointed with everything we could have asked for. Pam was available and very helpful. The daily farmers market in old Nice is not to be missed! Truly a fairy tale vacation.
