Great location if your are attending a concert at the OLG Stage, its walking distance away...and the restaurant in the hotel is a hidden gem...we ate there twice it was so good!

Our experience on a good note restaurant and restaurant staff were amazing. Our room was dirty and run down. Toilet didn’t flush, bathtub didn’t drain,tv didn’t work. Entire room and hallways smelt like weed. Book somewhere else.

Checkin to the property was swift and efficient..entering lobby was spectacular quaint countryside decor, along with magnificent dining room..did not get to experience the ground floor suites as we asked for a quieter area of establishment due to influx of young girls due to cheerleading conference. We were relocated to an older unrenovated area at the rear where the walls were paper thin and could hear everything from the rooms next door. This place allows pets which was disturbing to us as room near us had a barking dog at numerous times throughout the night ..this was unacceptable!! Management was made aware of this but barking dog issue persisted…

Location was great but room conditions were not as expected. Pictures of the rooms were not what the rooms actually were. The patio door was inoperable, the bathroom door would not close, the toilet was broken so ran very frequently, there were many unexpected costs (facility fees, parking fees and park fees), hot water was not working twice (out of 4), and there is no sound barrier between the rooms/hallways. After complaining about the toilet and bathroom door, there was no action by the hotel to rectify the issues. It was a disappointing stay, to say the least.

It’s a lovely hotel but not a quiet hotel, there was a cheer tournament so a lot of partying parents and kids noise from the pool area in our room until it closed. I’m sure it’s not normally like that so I would for sure give it another try but check to see what’s going on in the area first.

Travelled with my family and brought our dog for the first time. Pet fees were reasonable and property was clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful for any questions we asked. Area was a little far away from clifton hills but would be walkable in the warmer weather. Overall for the price we would stay here again.

I want to like this place more, a few small things

I've stayed before but my room didn't have fridge or desk space. Also, if I don't have a pet, it would be good to put us in non-pet-friendly rooms to reduce ambient barking. The restaurant was great, it's def worth a visit.

There was no pool. The vending machine did not work. They had boxes of Kleenex on back order. And I couldn’t even get a couple of glass cups to have drinks with my Girlfriends for my Birthday.
