Nice friendly and welcoming staff. Room was clean and neat and very quiet. King bed and shower were very small and room lacked electrical outlets. Stairs to room very steep and dangerous. Continental breakfast was great. Surrounding area beautiful and walkable.

Girls getaway and Whirlpool boat ride

Very nice hotel 1 block from the waterfront and a short walk to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well on a 90 degree day and night. Staff was pleasant at check in and gave good restaurant ideas.

Nice waterfront hotel in a quaint town

Very nice hotel overlooking the Niagara river. Easy to access, lots of parking. Room was huge and well equipped. Had a nice 1 night stay

Breakfast was good.

Parking is atrocious for someone that needs a handicapped parking spot. Only 4 offered and then you try your luck finding a spot on the street, if not, you have to go down a level to the parking lot that is a public lot.
