If you can, choose somewhere else

The beds were fine. The chair in the room smelled of urine. There were roaches and mice. The television didn't work. The refrigerator smelled and the freezer was dirty. The air in the room felt damp. The door latch didn't work so the door wouldn't secure from the outside. If we'd had another choice, we would have chosen differently.

Sticky carpets unclean shower place was run down outdated. They want a $50 cash deposit for a disgusting gross hot tub that who knows how many people have done what in. There were three drunk slayer fans in the parking lot blasting metal all night until one in the morning.

Upon my arrival; towel for floor use while showering/bathing was already soaked. When I left Saturday morning, I put the maid service please sign on the outside of the door because I was not sure if I would see any employees out and about on the property. I read within the information provided that the office does not have towels available. Thinking I would at least have clean, dry towels upon returning that evening, I was surprised and disappointed to see the wet towels in the bathroom still there where I had left them. Also, I hope the cooling/heating systems are throughly cleaned and serviced regularly however, this might not be the case due to staining on curtains that could be from mold. The office employees were overall pleasant. Friday evening, there were people in the parking lot playing music extremely loud for a significant amount of time.

Awful Hotel/Inn! Mind the cockroaches

Absolutely Awful Hotel/ Inn, what ever you like to call it, room stunk of god knows what! Didn’t look like the room had been cleaned! Including the Bathroom, had the pleasure of killing two cockroaches at 0400, didn’t go back to sleep, didn’t even stay the second night! Got my $50 dollar deposit and left! Laughable that someone had to check my room for damages! I told them about the roaches and the lack of cleaning, they didn’t seem to care.. quite possibly up there in one of the worst places I have stayed in America! 1/10 and that’s being generous!!

The location was convenient, right off the highway, and the room itself was clean. The surrounding area felt safe and easy to get around, which I appreciated. However, the service was disappointing. I requested maid service before leaving for the day and placed the service request tag on the door, but when I returned, the room had not been serviced—no fresh towels or attention to the room at all. When I went to the desk, the staff member admitted they saw the tag but avoided the room. I explained I had specifically asked for service and just needed fresh towels. The response was unprofessional—the staff member seemed annoyed, huffed, and only handed me two towels. Overall, the basics of the stay (clean room, good location) were fine, but the lack of service and poor customer interaction really hurt the experience.

Disappointing

Our room was filthy and had cockroaches. I stayed 3 minutes and went back in to be refunded. The lady at the desk was not very helpful. She offered me a new room but I would have had to pay more because it was a Jacuzzi room. I elected to be refunded and ran out of there.

Would not stay again for a multitude of reasons. Let's start with the good, The jacuzzi tub was pretty awesome, very relaxing after a long day, though we did not use the jets so I couldn't attest to that. The mirrors on the ceiling above the bed and bathtub were a shocking surprise, but appreciated 😆 The bed was very clean super comfortable and had the best blanket ive ever had in a hotel. They give you plenty of soaps. The ac blew cold. The black out curtains made the room so dark I thought it was 4am at 10am. Now for everything else. At check in they demand a $50 cash only deposit, which is not mentioned anywhere in the ad for booking companies. They have signage all over their lobby saying guests are only allowed 3 items each for their breakfast bar, and any additional will be $4 for each item. While I did not eat their breakfast and can see how this would cut down on food waste but it seems barbaric to have ten signs about it. We walked into our non-smoking room and Got smacked in the face with the smell of weed and cigarettes. There was also a ash tray in our NON SMOKING room. The carpet in the room was soaking wet from the moment we stepped in our room. The bathroom had dirt or something smeared all over the walls, the door had a crack on the side that looks like someone tried breaking it down. Honestly,all of that could have been forgiven but when i went to pee in the morning i looked to my left and there was cockroach sitting on the light switch. Hell nah.
