Nice room, not great--faucet in sink was loose & wobbly-- refrigerator leaked occasionally when opening the door---had to ask for toilet paper & kleenex, as they were out & never had towels replaced, the front desk accommodated our requests

Very nice remodeled hotel for a very good price thank you so much for the free crib! Hot tub jets weren’t working but tub was still nice and hot and everything else exceeded expectations thank you again

Our room was dirty. The floor left out feet black. The hot tub wasn't fully functional. The pool was very cold. No roll away bed was available as advertised and we had to pay extra for a room with a sofa bed.

Got the job done but wouldn’t stay again

No one was at the desk for over 15 minutes when we got there to check in. Even after ringing the bell we had to wait. The gym was out of order and the air conditioning unit made awful noise.

My shower doesn't work only cold water. The shower is dirty and full of pubic hair. The hot tub doesn't work. I went and asked the front desk and the guy shrugged his shoulders and said maybe a kid broke it as I was walking down the hall the people next to me said they had blood on their sheets and in their shower I cannot believe Expedia would use a location like this. It's probably 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, but this place in my opinion is a dump and very disrespectful and won't help at all.
