The staff were rude. The room was very noisy. Parking was difficult. Even though the room had a balcony, no smoking was permitted except in tiny designated areas. That information was completely left out of any of the hotel's descriptions. In fact, i chose this hotel because it had a balcony that i assumed i could smoke on, but found out upon arrival that smoking was not allowed. The halls were noisy well into the wee morning hours, and thevwalls seemee paper thin. I do not ever plan to stay at this place again.

Two things: I wish that they would post the charge for pets. I got there only to find out that there is a $75 pet charge. If I had known that I would have stayed somewhere else. Second, I found the night desk clerk very rude. She should not be in customer service.
