This charming retro style condo is in a perfect Old Naples setting. It's location is within walking distance to 5th Avenue S, home to great restaurants, shopping and galleries. Nearby is Tin City, a tourist destination as well as launching ramps for boat tours. Our condo was a delightful surprise. Comfortably furnished, plus top grade kitchen appliances. It is clean, neat and well kept. Laundry is just a step away. The host is also excellent at communication and a pleasure to work with. This was our second time staying at this condo and we look forward to being back next year. Overall, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy Naples.

This condo was just perfect. Except for a visit from my sister and brother-in-law for a week, it was just me here. The owner had a huge task getting the condo renovated after Ian, but finished on time and it looks great. And the location was walkable to Fifth Avenue and Third Street venues, and the beach.

Property manager was so great. Snacks, water, masks, hand sanitizer, info on sights in Naples. She even got us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The condo was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. A great way to see all that Naples had to offer.

My daughter and I had a wonderful mother/daughter weekend in Naples, and we loved this condo. It was perfect for us- walked to everything! We walked to all of the restaurants and shopping in Olde Naples, and we also walked to the beach. The condo has been recently updated with a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom along with new furnishings which was an extra bonus, and Janet was such a great host-so responsive and helpful! Will definitely keep this condo in mind for the future.

Place was nice with all the necessities, little touches were nice as well. Sometimes you gotta bring it all but things for beach, extra towels etc were provided. We had an AMAZING experience in Naples. The condo was just as pictured and very comfortable for our family. It was located in a beautiful area with walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The beach is about a mile away, however we took our car because he had our beach gear. The owner was very pleasant and flexible to work with. Thank you Janet! She even left us some goodies to enjoy while we were there. We will definitely come back!

A peacefull choice

If you are looking for a ‘HOME BASE’ to explore the Naples area this is a good choice. Clean, simple & quiet. Easy to get to with easy access to main roads, yet located in a residential area so you are not dodging traffic during you morning walks. Not a lot to do at the unit but there is considerable things to do within easy walking & biking distance. Our stay went well so we did not have an occasion to interact with our hostess during our stay. Leading up to our stay Janet was very quick to respond to our questions and helpful. We would stay here again.

Dreamy Amazing Rental! Great Location and Host!

I cannot even begin to say enough good about this rental and Janet. I think I will run out of characters. The condo was redone even though In my opinion looked great before! What a surprise! Janet is amazing… her communication is impeccable. This was a very special trip for myself and some friends and she made it even more special. I cannot recommend her place enough. I will definitely be back. Great location. Great price…great everything…if you are coming to Naples you need to stay here- I come a-lot and no other place I have stayed has compared. Winter vaca

We stayed for one week, looking for a winter vacation in the sun. The check-in process was easy/convenient. Any questions we had, the owner answered right away. The condo was located convenient to downtown "Old Naples" area. Many different restaurants/shopping available. The condo was 1 mile to Naples Beach...a little too long of a walk if you have chairs/towels/cooler. But we never had a problem finding parking. There are parking places along the street which you pay for by quarters or charge card via kiosk. Laundry is available-the laundry room is right next to the condo. Coin operated. The ice maker in the apartment refrigerator was not operational, was dirty; no ice cube trays were provided. The bathroom did not have an outlet; towels but not washcloths provided. I have rented vacation condos/homes aproximately 5x via VRBO; this was the first time that a homeowner did not leave an "information" binder. It is helpful to have information re: emergencies, nearby clinics/hospitals; restaurants $$$$-$, sites to see, shopping, supermarkets, maps of area. The condo was clean, great area, but could use some updating. I would recommend this condo.

This is a nice small condo that worked well for our family. The two bedrooms are adjoined by the bathroom which suited my family's needs just fine. Janet provided our check-in details well enough in advance and was very responsive with the one question we had.
