Extremely disappointing stay. I have stayed here previously, and the Hotel decided to close the in-house restaurant/bar on Dec 4 & 5, for a private event commencing at noon till night. The Hotel was not even considerate of the convenience of other guests staying with them, who were denied this facility and had to go outside in 5-degree F temperatures for the evening. The private events should not be at the cost of the guests staying in the Hotel. My entire team and I will not be using this Hotel in the future due to such inconsiderate and poor planning, where Briks gives their guests last priority. This is extremely inconsiderate.

Fantastic experience! Stunning hotel with spotless, well appointed rooms with very high quality furnishings. The hotel is so well located - close to old Montreal, McGill and shopping downtown. Door staff were so helpful too. Restaurant has a limited but excellent menu.

The staff exceeded expectations. On my last day in Montreal there was a demonstration that shut down all of the streets around the hotel. I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to get a Uber/taxi to the airport. The hotel staff arranged a car to pick me up a couple of blocks away and walked me all the way to my ride. I cannot thank them enough!
