Great hotel. Great staff. They actively keep their guests safe by repelling local breakfast leeches. They were quick to apologize for the situation, but their actions need no apologies… great job!

Receptionist could use some warmth in terms of greeting the guest. Just stoic! Room smelled of smoke and got really awful of th AC was above 70. We had a difficult time sleeping due to the smell. Saw a roach in the bathroom. Breakfast sausage was tuff. Can't have people hanging around the outside loitering and having a light up session that smells awful.

Although the room appeared clean, it smelled slightly of Clorox. When I pulled back the bed covers to check it out, the sheets felt moist, possibly from the air conditioner. Not sure, but I’m very picky about bedding, so I had to put down a towel along with my sheet & pillow case I always bring not matter which hotel I stay out. After seeing a total of 4 bugs, 2 small pinhead bugs on the bathroom floor, 1 unknown bug on the bath tub( washed it down the tub drain & the 4th cockroach that I had to call maintenance to clean it up after killing it. After all that when going to bed, I was not able to sleep peacefully. On a good note: at the front desk, the duo team was very receptive & polite, while breakfast was good, even @8:45am there was still plenty of food.

Pretty fine hotel when you're just needing a place for a night or more. Continental breakfast was okay and gets the job done. Main downside is the area outside the hotel as it's pretty dilapidated and prone to homeless.

I was greeted by bugs on the outside of my door. Wasn’t sure if they were roaches or not. I went to the front desk to inquire and they thought I was complaining about another room that had bugs. The common areas that had doors were dirty. My room smelled as if someone had smoked and they tried to clean it. And all my travels this has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If I could give them a -5, I would as they made no efforts to write the wrong and the hotel was completely sold out.

When we checked in, the receptionist was on speakerphone with someone the whole time and hardly acknowledged us. When we checked out (at 8 am), a different receptionist was asleep at the desk. The room and bathroom were very outdated, the bathroom counter was cracked, and the sheets had dirt and hair in them so I’m not sure they were even washed. The hallways and parking lot smelled of marijuana. I would not choose to stay here again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The room was absolutely disgusting: I found cockroaches crawling on the floor the moment I walked in. The bathtub was filthy, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, completely unusable. The towels, besides being stained, had a horrible smell of mold and sweat impossible to believe they were “clean.” The whole room reeked, a mix of dirt and old chemicals. Sleeping there was torture, not only because of the lack of hygiene but also the constant feeling of being in a dirty, unsafe place.
