I used the Hilton app to get a virtual key. It said is was requested but it was never given for the entire trip. Went to the desk and only one person was working which does not make sense during high check in time. Asked for room service and they did not do the room on time. We had to cancel it and ask the front desk for resources. Everyone was nice, but I don't like being offered a service and not getting it done.
