Odainia in guess services was amazing! She helped me make reservations for dining and gave me good spots to drive around and see. She made me feel very welcomed! Overall she is a genuine person and cares about her job and the guests that comes to ocean Eden adult only all inclusive hotel. The overall staff was great and polite. My room was clean and didn’t have a moldy smell to it! For once I had no complaints about a resort that I stayed at!

There were many restaurants to choose from and the food was good! Portions on the smaller side, but you could order multiple entrees and apps. Room service was convenient and quick, but free only from 10am-10pm. The pool area was relatively clean, beach was clean and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and attentive to guest needs. Very nice resort and stay!

Kasheenia (market grill open dining) you all need to duplicate her as many times as possible and the lady serving drinks on the beach I believe she gets off at 3ish. I love the look of the property, has a lot of great places for photo ops, the resort had day and nightly activities and gatherings such as a live band that you could enjoy. There was also and gift shop and jewelry store on site with expected prices for resort shopping, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed on the privilege side that came with a few extra perks a butler service was one and it was awesome. Now the food at the resort was horrible, I barely ate because of this reason. There’s plenty of options but the taste just wasn’t there. This includes buffet and specialty restaurants that required a reservation. I was definitely looking for more of a authentic Jamaican dining experience and this resort missed the mark.

Beautiful and expansive property. I loved how large the pool was and you didn’t feel crowded at all. However, the restaurant options were disappointing. Some didn’t remain open as advertised, were not open at all, had a different menu posted from what was in the app, or said you had to wait for unknown reasons. There also needs to be all day options because there were few things open between lunch and dinner after the 4:30 places closed.

My reservation was booked for two instead of one so I was charged double. Upon arrival they could not fix the error till the next day because reservations was closed for the day. The next day I had to arrive to the front desk 5 times as they were trying to fix the issue and refund me. I was told a different thing every time. No staff was rotated constantly and no one communicated with each other so I had to repeat the problem every single time, making it frustrating as well as taking away from vacation time. The reservation department could not provide the corrected paperwork after being told several times they would. I had to force the poor guy that was at the front desk to provide me with the documentation I needed to show me the correct amount.
