Terme di Saturnia Natural Spa & Golf Resort - The Leading Hotels of the World
"Spacious, well appointed room. The thermal pool was fantastic. So relaxing. The golf course was good but hot when I visited and limited shade. Fantastic breakfast. I enjoyed the surrounds especially visiting the waterfall, the town of Saturnia and Valditerme winery."

"The stuff was so friendly. In our reservation with hotels.com, it says bed sheets, towels, etc. included. However, when we arrived, we learned it supposed to be extra. Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary. ..."

"Upon arrival, the rooms were not ready after 5pm. The key card didn’t work for the one room so we had to go back downstairs to get the actual room key (we had two rooms side by side for our family of 5). Room was surface clean, not deep cleaned. "The hotel is very well located on the main road directly across from the boardwalk along the water. You can walk to the train station, many restaurants and the grocery store. There is no 'free' water station in the hotel lobby. The hotel staff at check in spoke perfect English and were very professional and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in so they held our luggage in a locked room. We booked 2 sea view rooms; they were clean and spacious. The hotel itself could so with some general maintenance to fix wear to walls and doors etc. We had large balconies facing the sea side however, the patio furniture was not in good shape and didn't leave you wanting to enjoy the space outside. The AC worked well. There were large closets with lots of space. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices including pastries, meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice. We stayed pre-cruise for 2 nights. They can organize paid shuttles to the cruise terminal for you. We walked to the Largo Della Pacce main cruise shuttle hub and boarded the free Princess shuttle to the terminal from there. All in all, good value for money at a well located hotel with kind and helpful staff."
