Room’s air conditioning had been obviously leaking onto the floor for a while, as the room had a very musty odor. Upon notifying the front desk, I was told that there weren’t any other rooms available. The person working the desk came up to inspect and acknowledged the problem like it was new and asked if we had turned the air conditioning down all the way, as if that’s what caused it. Offered to have maintenance dry the floor (which never happened while we were there) but did not offer any other solutions or compensation. A poor experience.

Great place. We stopped on our way for a camping trip. The staff let me park my camper up front to plug my camper in to keep the fridge cold. That waa great.

Stained gross pillows, stained towels, stained furniture, frayed carpet, stained and cracked tub surround and the room smelled awful! Must not ever get cleaned by the ice machine by the looks of all the garbage between it and the wall and it didn’t work anyway.

Broken Sofa Sleeper but Positive Solution

We booked a king/sofa sleeper suite as we were traveling with a family of four. Unfortunately our sofa sleeper was broken. Staff were helpful and accommodating in getting us two roll away beds for our kids to sleep on instead. Although it wasn’t ideal, we were glad for the solution.

Room had the feel of the motel in Psycho. Flickering light fixtures, witot globes, art work missing but hangers still on walls just painted over. Furniture from many different eras, none of them recent. AC took all night to cool the room.
