Room’s air conditioning had been obviously leaking onto the floor for a while, as the room had a very musty odor. Upon notifying the front desk, I was told that there weren’t any other rooms available. The person working the desk came up to inspect and acknowledged the problem like it was new and asked if we had turned the air conditioning down all the way, as if that’s what caused it. Offered to have maintenance dry the floor (which never happened while we were there) but did not offer any other solutions or compensation. A poor experience.

Stained gross pillows, stained towels, stained furniture, frayed carpet, stained and cracked tub surround and the room smelled awful! Must not ever get cleaned by the ice machine by the looks of all the garbage between it and the wall and it didn’t work anyway.

Front desk girl was new & very rigid we requested a 1st floor room but she said none were like what we booked -king suite. It would be a down grade. I said that was fine , that there would be no money difference, we were fine with queen beds. She said they do upgrade but they don’t do downgrades Later went to get ice. 3 floors with 3 ice machines & not a drop of ice. None were working. Asked same girl & she was like ,yes I guess they don’t have good maintenance here. Not a big help. Later , pulled back the covered on the bed & there was a big stain on the fitted sheet. Not very appealing. Went downstairs , again to the same girl & asked for a new sheet She did get up & go find one but her attitude was not what I would expect from a hotel receptionist. Breakfast could have been good & tasted ok but only luke warm. Probably will not ever stay there again. We have previously stayed there with no issues. Sad to see it deteriorating.

A hard pass

Just an okay stay. Can tell the inside needs to be updated. Bathroom in corners moldy. Faucet of tub coming off. Floors not well vacuumed. No towels in pool area. Pool was so dirty we didn’t use it. Hot tub was okay. Hotel staff never at front desk including when I went down because my card for room didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Would not book here again.

Expected our room to be cleaner than it was. Not vacuumed in corners. Had to keep jiggling the toilet handle to get it to stop running. Shower needs updating. Spacious room. Bed was nice and comfortable. Breakfast gal was very nice and accommodating.

The property was clean and staff was polite, but carpet was torn in many places. Light in bathroom was flickering, woodwork in the bathroom was rotting at the bottom, drain was difficult to close on the bathtub. The wallpaper in the hallway and the room had to laces it was peeling. The hotel could be very nice if someone would put some money into it.

Somewhat quiet, great location! Evening clerk was very nice, however morning clerk was a bit rude. Never even said thank you, have a good day or anything when turned keys in. Breakfast was not great at all. They were out of almost everything.

The staff was great but the hotel equipment was not so great. The ice machines on the first and second floor were not working. On then hottest days of the year we had to ride the hot elevator to the 3rd floor to get ice for our room.The rooms had some mold around the tub. Also the drain on the sink was running slow. I didn't bring these items to anyone's attention so that's on me. Otherwise not a bad place to stay but a touch pricy.
