This newly updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the beach side of the resort, just steps from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Our beautifully decorated 16th floor unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests and features plush furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, two balconies, and breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast!
4354 Beachside II offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve your favorite meal. In addition to stainless-steel appliances, our updated kitchen offers granite countertops, a custom tile backsplash, two types of coffee makers, and breakfast bar seating for three. Our large dining area has seating for six to enjoy family meals or game nights. Designed with comfort in mind, the spacious living area features plush furnishings (no sleeper sofa) and an HDTV. From the living area, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to an oversized balcony where guests can enjoy outdoor seating and beautiful beach views.
The primary bedroom is located just off the living area and features panoramic views of the Emerald Coast and a unique private balcony with seating for two. Guests can enjoy a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a spacious walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a twin over twin bunk and a separate double bed. This room is convenient to a hallway bath with tub/shower combo. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit, and high-speed WIFI is complimentary.

Beachside II features a fitness room, a seasonally heated saltwater pool with tanning deck, and an outdoor grilling area.
