IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Starter Essentials Provided:

Initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, bar soap, dishwasher pod, and trash bags. Guests may need to purchase additional items for extended stays.

Towels:

Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths provided.

Beach towels not provided.

Pet Policy:

Small pets may be approved by owner prior to arrival.

$275 non-refundable fee applies. Pets must be crated when unattended.

Wristbands:

Emerald Shores wristbands required for beach and amenity access.

$30 per house/per entire stay (not per guest), paid directly to pavilion staff at beach.

Check-In:

4:00 PM.

Early check-in/late check-out may be available for $100 if approved by owner.

No Included Rentals:

Golf carts, beach chairs, umbrellas, bike rentals, and water toys are not included but can be rented through third-party vendors.
