--BED BATH-- Four guests can sleep comfortably in this Studio • Sleeping Area: 1 queen bed overlooking the city with large windows, 1 pull out queen sofa with mattress topper.
The room has plenty of storage space in the closet, and bright accent colors and artwork add to the overall style of this unit. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.
The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large, tiled shower with glass doors, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!
--LIVING SPACE-- This studio loft features an open kitchen/living area, where you’ll find a comfy pull out sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a breakfast nook with two stools.
Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.
The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and four oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.
--BUILDING AMENITIES-- Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy.
On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation. • A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies. • This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit. • No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. This “no events” policy includes the common areas of the building. • No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation. • This condominium building is located in a vibrant downtown area, and guests may experience typical urban noise such as construction, traffic, and activity from neighboring units. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. • There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. • Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a minimum $250 fee per key/fob/pass. • Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules. • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Place was clean. The heating system made an annoying high pitched noise occasionally. Bathroom amenities could be a little nicer, we were glad we brought our own shampoo, the body wash was ugh. Also, very disappointed that we couldn’t get a second bag of coffee despite paying so much.

I will definitely stay here again. The location is great. Many food and bevvie options in easy walking distance. The room itself was bright with poppy color, spacious and comfortable. It was quiet too. The only complication was in the key retrieval/drop but now that I know the process that solved itself.

Perfect Location
The apartment was just what we needed for a quick weekend stay to visit my daughter ! We walked to the Twins game, coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed ( other than only 2 bath towels for 3 of us). We would definitely stay there again! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great location and family friendly
We came for the Twins/a Phillies series and it was great. Walking distance to Target field and tons of restaurants. Super clean apartment with a fun building/view. Directions for the check in/key retrieval seemed a little daunting but just took it one step at a time and couldn’t have asked for a more smooth trip. Would definitely recommend Minnestay to anyone and will use again!
We loved the unit, we had everything we needed. The rooftop patio was an added bonus! It was very comfortable, quiet and we really enjoyed the neighborhood.
Bright, exceptionally clean, conveniently located. Rooftop deck was a huge plus. Manager was communicative. Our only issue was figuring out how to access the key, the exterior door after hours, and the parking structure. It wasn’t entirely intuitive, there were a fair number of steps to follow, and we weren’t initially certain if we were even in the correct garage or parking space. Management was helpful and we did figure everything out. It would certainly not prevent us from staying in the future, but it was one of the more complicated access points we’ve encountered.

Great spot in convenient Minneapolis location
My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son who has recently moved to Minneapolis. The condo had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed local restaurants and the easy walk to the river! Highly recommend!

The property was clean, was as described, safe and in a great location. We were within walking distance to great local bars and restaurants. And a quick Uber ride to anything else we needed to get to.
