The pullout bed was dirty, there was ketchup on the table legs, (we didn’t eat in). We used to stay here frequently up until around 2020, it was better then. For the price I paid, it served its purpose, but your breakfast needs a lot of improvements.

The location was good and the price was good. We checked into our room to find dirty dishes in the dishwasher - not a good start. There is no housekeeping available (unless you stay 7 days) but the cleaning staff were accommodating to our requests for coffee and tp. The pool was the smallest I have ever seen - and the hot tub was closed "for repair" (forever?). The laundry room had 2 washers - both out of order for our entire stay. The front desk was usually manned when we stopped by, but we had to wake the attendant twice. He was not able to provide coffee refills nor dishwasher soap for our room. Overall, although the price seemed like a good value, the quality was below our basically average standards. We would not book this hotel again.

The stay is always very nice and all our needs were met. The shower head needed to be replaced, we didnt make a complaint so they probably wont know. The breakfast is really nice. It has a very large variety of foods, love the chocolate milk and the coffee has caffine in it.

The room we stayed in was dirty… my husband killed a giant spider as soon as we walked in. There was another dead spider in the room and a black worm of some sort crawling in the bathroom.

Important parts of the rooms were clean, but then walls and light fixtures and such were not. Hot tub was out of service. One staff member was amazing and friendly and helpful and the other one was one of the rudest least helpful people I’ve ever met. Terrible. Lots of parking. Breakfast was good. There for four days and got zero housekeeping. Had to track down clean towels and coffee and never had our linens removed or garbages emptied.

Some Room Kitchen ceiling lights were out, kitchen faucet sprayed water from its under side half way up to the spicket in Rm. 315. The Hot Tub next to pool inoperable. Site had the front desk attendant try to fix to no avail. Breakfast was awesome! Staff throughout the facility very Friendly and Helpful!!

I'm sure at one point.It was a very nice hotel in poor condition. No licensure in the one elevator, to close the doors in the elevator the button was broken. In our room, the dishwasher was not even put in properly and interesting smells, simply painted over cabinets, new flooring. So 1/3 the way done in terms of reconditioning rooms.. Hallway Carpet, not in good condition. Bathroom also not very clean or kept up. Bathtub with a shower filled up around your ankles. The young lady that checked us in never smiled, never greeted me, non-helpful.
