No tea/coffee making facilities in the room - which is disappointing - but apart from that, no issues. My only problem with the booking was checking in - the one member of staff was incredibly diligent, but took far too long to book people in. I know this isn't a Travelodge, but most people are experienced travellers and don't need to be shown to their rooms! But when a second staff member turned up (after 20 minutes) things moved much quicker. All in all excellent, but don't turn up when there's a queue!"
