Great stay!

Had a great overnight stay at this hotel! Check in was a breeze and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved how they were invested in their guests visit (ie. decorated the lobby to celebrate various local graduations, etc). The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall, we had a great stay and will save this hotel for future visits!

Was greeted with a 'what' at check in. There is an odor to the hotel (not the typical pumped in fragrance). It extends to the towels. It's trying so hard to be echo friendly, there are no bars of soap available to those who prefer not to use the group toiletries. Too easy to be messed with. Chocolate milk is no longer served at breakfast and regular milk was only available one of the three days. Would not stay again. Disappointed based on other reviews.

Everything thing was great. Would've give 5 stars in all categories but the first shift desk attendant/agent should not have a customer facing position. (Or she just had two bad days). She was not friendly and made you feel that any question asked was an inconvenience. All of the other staff were wonderful.
