The staff was friendly / I remember some of them from last year. The last night wasn’t pleasant, but I blame that on the large group of high schoolers running up and down the hall yelling, not the hotel. I wish school groups were better supervised.

We stayed as part of a family event for Thanksgiving and the staff did all they could to make everyone's stay comfortable and meaningful.
