Plumbing fault. No hot water. while workers tried to fix fault, water escaped onto living room floor creating trip hazard. Had to repack our bags and move to another room. Hotels.com web site indicated free shuttle to beach. No shuttle existed.

The room was a handicap cap room and the decor was just wierd. No doors on the bathroom. Just a curtain instead. No shower curtain for the bathroom. Just felt I had no privacy. Also no pictures on the wall also just basic white walls. It looked like an apartment that was converted to a hotel room. It was very oddly decorated. Not sure that I would stay there again.
