The place is RUN DOWN! DIRTY and NOT SAFE! I reserved a suite with a balcony. Do not waste your money. I called the front desk twice to have the bathroom cleaned bc when I got there the bathroom still had toothpaste stains on the faucet and mirror and the old roll of toilet paper from whoever was in the room before. The shower head was DISGUSTING!!!! Was full of mold and crust and I requested it to be changed out bc it was so nasty. The person they sent up just mopped the floor with bleach and made the entire room smell of bleach for hours! The table in the room was dirty and chipped the ice bucket had food spilled and dust on it. The ac unit was missing the whole bottom panel exposing all the wires. The phone in the room didn’t work and was not even attached to the wall!! It was just a huge disaster. I was there for business and was working 20 hrs a day and was too exhausted to continue to explain my situation to every person that I spoke with. I should really get a refund for the unsanitary conditions. I had to clean the sink and scrub the shower head with my own wipes just to take a shower at the end of the night. The sheets also smelled of pure bleach but I’ve said enough. Never again will they get my money and they shouldn’t get anyone else’s for that matter. The surrounding area is beautiful it’s a shame that this place is in a great location. I have pictures of everything and I will be leaving reviews on every site with pictures.

The room is ok. Low water pressure and luke warm water from the shower. There were kids loundly ran and screaming along the hallway for 15 minutes ~ 10pm. Hopefully they will quiet down.

All of the experience was ah-mazing! The gentleman who checked me in was so helpful, the service staff was friendly, Alex at the bar was entertaining.

Staff was friendly and hotel is clean. I will say that there is a humidity problem in the rooms though. If you don’t keep the room freezing, the room starts sweating and condensation builds up, especially on the floors. It felt so gross walking through the constantly wet floors. I had to put towels under my feet. The blankets have a wet feeling to them as well. I asked the front desk if this was normal and they said it was and the only way to stop it was to keep the room below 59 degrees (too cold for me!) There were puddles on the floor! The bathroom has no fans so when you shower, it makes it worse. Fine for a night- as long as you don’t need your hair to cooperate - but I wouldn’t recommend a longer stay. I was there in November so I cannot imagine how bad it must be in the summer. (Also- I live in Florida and this is not normal, despite having high humidity outside).

The hotel and surrounding property was lovely. The landscape is beautiful and well maintained. We were in town for 2 football games at Hardrock Stadium. Hotel was close in proximity, with plenty of dining options nearby.
