Beautiful condo with pool/beach access. Owner communication was immediate and top notch. The only negatives (and this may have been in the listing, but i just didn't pay close enough attention) is that there was no washer/dryer in the unit (a must for beach vacations), you had to pay for parking (I am told free parking in this area is rare), you had to pay for the key fob (it was nominal, but still, shouldn't that be included? especially since we give it back?), and the check in procedures were a bit much (instructions were pages long, each adult needs to check in/in person - i was waiting in the car w our kids and they needed me there to get my own wristband instead of giving it to my spouse, but we got there at 4:45 and by the time we knew this they told my husband they were closing at 5, even though i was right out front, i had to come back the next day to get it).Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay, despite the few minor inconveniences listed above, I would def recommend to others.
