The room was clean, staff was friendly all but the shuttle driver, he begged for a tip even after receiving a $50 tip he felt like as a large group we should have tipped more so then on the second trip where he was to pick up the rest of our group he did not. He was rude to other guest and an uber driver in the parking lot and made a big scene. The receptionist says he gets complaints all the time. Was driving a van with the hotel name on it.

I don’t know what part of the building I stood in, but there was a train that ran periodically through the night blasting its horn was very hard to keep falling asleep. Should’ve been informed at the front desk of this issue maybe could’ve stood in a different part of the hotel, where it was more quiet.

Was not to happy about checking in process. They will now be known for wanting more for themselves not for me. Tried to check in when my cruise was obver got the at 10.30 am had to wait 3 hours and 45 minutes or pay 50 dollars extra to check in. Hilton honors membership meant nnothing. People were lined up to pay that extra 50. Just what they wanted. Not me. I waited. Nickeled and dimes. You know you guest are cominh from cruises greedy. I will think 3 times before booking again. Left a bad taste in my mouth for real
