Getting Around:

Getting around Sunny Isles Beach is easy and convenient from our location at 19370 Collins Avenue. We provide one complimentary parking space for your vehicle, and additional valet parking services are available through the building for a fee. For those relying on public transportation, there are several bus stops along Collins Avenue that provide access to the surrounding areas, including Aventura and Miami Beach. If you are traveling from afar, Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport are both accessible via car or ride sharing services, typically within a 30 to 45 minute drive depending on traffic conditions.

We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $60 for 12 PM or $100 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let me know in chat prior.



The laundry is located on the same floor across the unit . It has a small fee per load. The guest can purchasing a laundry card at the front desk, or for convenience use the app (QR code for loading the app you'll find laundry room)



Packages (Amazon, eBay, etc) can be delivered to the front desk with the following fees charged by the building: $5 for regular packages.



- The swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 am until 8 pm.

- The pool deck is open from dawn to dusk.

- BBQ is open from 8 am until 10 pm. The maximum use of barbecue is 2 hours (for one time).

- Luggage drop-off is available with a front desk before check -in, please ask front desk person

- Trash chute located at the both end of the hallway.

For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, no laundry detergent , (all you need extra, you can purchase at convenient mini store downstairs )



* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit per your request and fixes it within 24 hours.



Please note: the building is currently completing daytime improvements in some common areas. Minor daytime noise or activity may occasionally be noticeable during daytime hours.
