It has 2900 sf, 3BRs, den & office w/ sleepers, living & dining rooms, family room, kitchen, laundry, 3-1/2 baths & a 3 car garage. It is situated on a secluded 2-1/2 ac wooded site. A retreat in the city with plenty of area for outdoor activities.

Adjacent to Medina's South Town District. Just four blocks south of the Historic Medina Square and its restaurants, bars, coffee shops, specialty shops & events.
