Fantastic single-level home with stunning golf course views. The resort-style backyard features a heated pool, hot tub, ping-pong, cornhole, and a patio with a barbecue and smoker.

This beautiful three-bedroom house also includes a studio guest house, a large chef`s kitchen, a pool table, multiple TVs, and spacious living areas.

Centrally located in East Medford, it`s close to shopping, restaurants, the airport, and medical centers. Fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home!

Beautiful views and setting with these 4 bedroom/ 2.5 baths including a studio guest house with full bath! Enjoy entertaining with the heated pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table all overlooking the golf course!

Nice outdoor covered area with dining table, couches, lounge chairs and plenty of pool toys!

Dining area seats up to 10 guests along with another 6 at the bar height seating areas with views of the pool and golf course.

Large living room with multiple couches, TV and surround sound.

Wakeup to stunning views of the golf course with a spacious master bedroom and king size bed. Large soaking tub and dual head walk in shower with dual vanity sinks.

Two extra bedrooms with one queen bed and the other with bunk beds. Small office station in one of the bedrooms overlooking the pool and golf course.

Pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Access to the entire house and guest house. (Guest house use has an additional cleaning fee of $100) No access to garage or locked closets and storage room.

We will be available as needed.

Pool can be heated for an extra fee based on the time of year. This can range from $50-100 a day to heat.

For guests wanting or needing to use the guest house and 4th bed there is an additional cleaning fee of $100.
If guests decide to use the guest house there would be an additional $100.00 cleaning fee for the stay.

We loved the outdoor areas and spend most of time there. The pool was beautiful, large trees for afternoon shad and plenty of comfortable seating and lounging! The attention to details like outdoor trash/recycling bins, a giant outdoor TV, and umbrellas that can easily be moved to keep us cool were all very appreciated. Beautiful setting & great location for our stay.& attendance @ Gathering at the Oaks Show n Shine Event. Plenty of parking for our vehicles & our towed trailers. Our group consisted of 4 couples & having 4 rooms worked out well. The kitchen was spacious for our group & had everything we needed for collaborative meal prep when dining in. We enjoyed relaxing in the privacy of the back yard with the view of the golf course, pool & water feature. It was a great place to unwind, enjoy a few beverages, great conversation & plenty of laughter.

Amazing house and location!

We stayed here for a weekend with a group of travel basketball players and coaches, and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. It offered plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out, and it was ideal for entertaining.Before our stay, we reached out to the host, Jake, to ask if we could host a team dinner. He couldn’t have been more accommodating and encouraged us to enjoy the evening.As a bonus, after making it to the championship game—which was scheduled later in the day—our request for a late checkout was quickly accommodated, free of charge. which made our experience even better.If we’re back for this tournament next year, there’s no question—we’ll be booking this house again!
