Alex the front desk guy who checked us in was so helpful, courteous and friendly. Pretty efficient. Love this guy. He checked us in last year too when we were here. Definitely a keeper.

Front desk was backed up, clerk spent a lot of time discussion about military service and other personal with the gentlemen before me. When I walked up no greeting and very short, more interested in what his coworker was discussing. He didn’t explain where my rooms were like he did with previous quest. I wasn’t rude to him, I even tried to ask questions about pool. But he didn’t engage in conversation. All the rooms in that hotel and only one washer and one dryer, the dryer was out of order. Breakfast was nice but was almost gone after the first hour. Beautiful hotel.

Very outdated, pool was dirty and only couple chairs in whole area. One of the two chairs was broke. Patio seating outside pool area only had one table and broken metal bench. Slow draining sink in room, broken outlet, fridge did not work. Pictures on website look to have been taken when they first opened.

It’s a very old property and not keeping up with maintenance. The elevator was dirty and old stale carpet smells everywhere inside the hotel and in the room. I had to open the window in an effort to get the odor out of the room. But, the smell still lingered.
